Chimney sweep logs do not sweep chimneys. They loosen some creosote - which then falls where a brush and vacuum still have to collect it.
Chimney Cleaning Specials in Marietta, GA
Call (229) 350-8952 to claim any of these offers. Alcott Chimney Marietta runs seasonal specials for a simple reason: a clean chimney is cheaper than a chimney fire, and we’d rather see Marietta homeowners book a sweep in March than deal with creosote problems in November. Every offer below includes our standing guarantees: a written price before work begins, a written guarantee on every repair, and a technician announced to you by name and photo before they arrive.

Current Offers
Free Chimney Inspection with Any Sweep
Book a full chimney sweep and we’ll include a camera inspection at no added cost. You’ll see exactly what’s inside your flue, including any creosote buildup (the tar-like residue that causes chimney fires) or cracks in the liner, with photo evidence you can review yourself. We never recommend repairs without showing you the camera footage first.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 350-8952.
First-Time Customer Courtesy: $25 Off Your First Sweep
If you’ve never used Alcott Chimney Marietta before, your first standard chimney sweep comes with $25 off. This applies to homeowners anywhere in Marietta and surrounding Cobb County neighborhoods, and it stacks with no other discounts. You’ll still get the same written price before we start and the same 365-Day Done Right Promise on the completed job.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 350-8952.
Spring Tune-Up Rate for Gas Fireplaces
Before the weather warms up for good, get your gas fireplace cleaned and checked at our seasonal tune-up rate. We clean the burner, check the pilot assembly, inspect the logs and glass, and confirm the unit vents properly. If we find a repair, you’ll get a written quote before any work starts, and the repair itself carries a written guarantee.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 350-8952.
Senior and Military Courtesy: 10% Off Any Sweep
We offer 10% off any standard chimney sweep for seniors 65 and older, active-duty military, and veterans in Marietta. Just mention it when you call and present a valid ID at the door. It’s a standing courtesy, not a seasonal gimmick, and it applies to the base sweep price before any repairs.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 350-8952.
Free Second Visit If a Repair Fails
This isn’t a coupon so much as a permanent policy, but it’s worth putting in writing where Marietta homeowners can see it. Every repair we complete carries a written guarantee. If that repair fails within the coverage period, the second visit is free. No fine print, no pro-rated recovery fee, no argument about who did what.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (229) 350-8952.
How to Redeem
Redeeming any of these offers takes about one minute. First, call (229) 350-8952 and tell us which offer you want, or just say you saw the specials page and we’ll talk through what applies. Second, we’ll book your visit at a time that works for you and send the technician’s name and photo before arrival, so you know exactly who’s coming. Third, when the technician arrives, they’ll show a photo ID badge at the door. That’s it. Your written price comes before any work starts, and the offer is applied on the spot.
